What is the Flourishing Life Program? 

Positive Psychology focuses on the things that make life worth living. That’s exactly what this program is designed to do for you.

Research shows that the quality of your relationships is the #1 indicator of your well-being. I would add that your relationship with yourself is an equally important indicator of your well-being.

I created the Your Flourishing Life Program by implementing the research of Applied Positive Psychology (the study of human flourishing). It encompasses four areas of focus, The Four Pillars, that make up a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling:
